It's by one of Hitler's favourite singers, Zarah Leander, and is called 'Davon geht die Welt nicht unter'. It's on the CD of the film's soundtrack as is the song sung by the Goebbels children while entertaining the injured in the bunker, the Russian song towards the end of the film and the take-off of Purcell's Dido and Aeneas used in the scene where Speer finally leaves Berlin for good. It's quite a sombre soundtrack but Stephan Zacharias has done a very good job in composing music for a tragic time.
