We're expanding the awards section on the Factbook with period photos of the awards in use, see for example http://www.axishistory.com/index.php?id=1863
If you have any such photos that you are willing to let me use on the Factbook, please send them to me or post them here in the thread, thanks.
btw. if you have any other additional information or images that I may use on the site, please feel free to send it to me as well, thanks.

Re: Awards in use
Super photo of the Luftwaffe DKiG holder! Of interest, he’s wearing the Royal Bulgarian Observer’s Badge next to his Luftwaffe badge. Do you know who he is?
Best regards,

Re: Awards in use
This is Larry once more and not sure if my images of the tank badge Legion Condor uploaded properly. To be brief, I have been studying the badge I own(images above or below) to Legion condor badges in my book "Formans guide to German third reich awards and their values" (3rd edition). On page 15, Forman list two variants with images (A and B). For the last month I have been trying to compare the image on page 15 Number 8A Type A for those who might also have this in their library. I have been using a loop with the upmost scrutiny and FIND NO differences between the image from Formans book with the badge I currently own. I have looked at die marks, eye and nose sockets, differences in the wreath and skullmarks. However, it is is ALSO possible that the image of the Condor Tank Badge on page 15 is an image of a reproduction. I realize this award is very scarce but would love an honest opinion. The obverse to me looks good, but the reverse pin attachment leaves me blank.
Happy Collecting!! Love it anyway!!

Re: Awards in use
Yes sir, that is why I ask questions, to learn and acquire new information. Hopefully retain some of it. I personally want to thank you for your response. I do not want to upset anyone but I have decided to send 3 more images. The badge itself, the reference book I used (Forman's Guide, 3rd edition), and an image of page 15 from the book. I will have absolutely no issues if this award is NOT authentic for I will keep it anyway, however looking at the top of on page 15 the two badges look so very much the same. I know that some books have images of rare awards that happen to be fakes. I must assume my badge is a repro, but looking is for free so please take a look. Thanx Happy Collecting.
