It's the Offizierskreuz (Officer's Cross) grade of the Bavarian Militärverdienstorden (Order of Military Merit).

Edit: John G. beat me to the answer, and was more precise than me, too.

Another unidentified medal: Konteradmiral Werner Steffan. The big cross below EK1. Is it Johanniterorden or maybe Kriegsverdienstkreuz in bigger format?

No; it's the participants' badge for the 1929 Reichsparteitag at Nuremberg:

Another unidentified (at lest for me) of NSKK member...
What is the ribbon in his button? It seems two ribbon mixed? And what is the "Cross Badge" left of the SA-Wehrabzeichen, is it Baltic Cross?

Re: Unidentified Medals, Decorations, Badges in wear
Yes; the cross is the Baltic Cross (Baltenkreuz) 1st Class. The ribbons are those for the Iron Cross (Eisernes Kreuz) 2nd Class from WW1 and the 1914/18 Cross of Honor (Ehrenkreuz); in his case, it represents the Swords class of the latter decoration.
The other two badges are, of course, a WW1-era Wound Badge (Verwundetenabzeichen) in Black and an SA Sports Badge (SA-Wehrabzeichen), apparently in Bronze.

Major Otto Klos. I'm sure it's Luftwaffe badge of this Heer officer, but what is it?
