What is the medals of Admiralarzt Dr.med. Alois Evers? Correct me if I'm wrong: Romanian Star with swords (neck order), Kriegsverdienstkreuz mit Schwertern, Ottoman medal (?)

Evers is displaying the Bulgarian Order of Military Merit, 4th Class around his neck, the WWI Turkish War Medal (“Iron Crescent”) on right breast, the War Merit Cross 1st Class with Swords on left breast and the Large Decoration of the Bulgarian Red Cross Society to the left of that decoration. A WWI award of the German Army Observer’s Badge is beneath the KVK I X.

Best regards,
Shawn

No it's just the Bulgarian order. See here for comparison:

It's a NUMBERED General Assault Badge.....you can tell by the larger Eagle & crossed bayonet/Grenade...probably a "75 or 100" Grade.....
Just for clarification...
