Because,Horst Carganico had the same decorations,the burial of a Unit leader dead (Flight accident in this case) when Walter Schuck had Leutnant rank at this time.
All fits,but I can be wrong.

Just to correct, this is not the ordenkissen of Rudel but a case containing his decorations which were stored in a bank vault and as I understand are still with his family
