No guarantees but think this one is all correct. The case is w/o markings except for the insert which has an embossed 629. KB. on the bottom side.

I think that this thread has come to a bit of a stand still to that end I am going to let it lie for a while. But I will probably come back to it at some point for updates as there are still quite a few manufacturers missing. But I am pleased so far with the results thanks to all who contributed.
