Ww2 OK items cost?

#1

Post by Collinsjeff » 04 Dec 2017, 15:01

I'm trying to get I to some collecting and have a beginner question. I've purchased a WWI and WWII iron cross. The first was around 40 euro and the second was 95 euro. As a beginner, I feel like I'm getting had but I'm in Germany and they come with a certificate of authenticity, and are magnet checked as soon as I get them home.

If they are original you paid a "fair" price.... certificates mean NOTHING!

Looks like a good EK 39 2nd Cl., a little over cleaned and short original ribbon so you paid "full price", but not over in my opinion. The WW 1 EK 2nd cl. usually run about half.... ribbon is more important, too.
