What of these medals were worn in the second button hole?:
West Wall Medal
Anschluss medal
Memel Medal
Sudetenland Medal
Long Service in SS WH etc. Medal
Ostvolk medal
Adler orden medal
Blue division medal
1914-18 Medal (Hindenburg's Cross)
Italian-German African campaign medal

I ask because I saw photos of officers wearing in the button hole a Ostvolk medal and another with sudentenmedal

Only the ribbons of Kriegsauszeichnungen [war decorations] and that of the Rettungsmedaille [Lifesaving Medal] were authorized for wear in the buttonhole, with no more than two ribbons to be worn simultaneously.

By far, the most common examples for ribbons worn this way wear the EK II, KVK II and the Ostmedaille.

Out of the ones listed in your post, only the Ostvolk decoration, the 1914/18 Ehrenkreuz, and the Spanish and Italian campaign medals qualified as war decorations.

Personally, I have never seen a photo of the Sudetenland medal worn in the buttonhole; if somebody did that, it was completely against regulations.
