Can someone identify this award or badge for me? Is it real?

Are you certain it is not genuine, as it does appear to have a hallmark on the clasp.

Yes, I am pretty sure is not an original EK Spange
The same marking in a fake Floch L11 Deumer

The hallmark looks more like L37 or LM than L11
