Medals: Fake or not

#1

Post by FreemanOrrin1942 » 25 Sep 2019, 22:28

Hi, I was looking at buying these medals and I am wondering from these photos what medals they are and if they are real or not and what would be the estimated value of these. Thanks for your help. Sorry about the poor photos.

Calloway,
The round medal is a Social Welfare medal and the oval medal is a Kyffauserbund medal (Veterans). The quality of the photos is terrible. The veterans medal is probably ok, worth only $15./20. without a ribbon. The Social Welfare looks suspicious, might be the poor pictures.... But I can't really tell. If real, without the ribbon, it's worth $50./75.00. If fake it's worth nothing.

Have to send better photos of you want he!p really.
