NEED HELP with ID of Iron Cross 1st Class

NEED HELP!
Hi, I used to be a keen collector of Third Reich militaria many years ago but stopped and focused on WW2 RAF items.
I have now decided to start with German items again and found this EK 1st Class on a local site. As I am out of touch with spotting fakes, I would like to ask for opinions on the cross. I asked the seller if it was of a 3-piece construction but he has not yet responded.
Any help will be gratefully received, thanks!

There's a chance that it might be a reproduction because of the clasp at the back and it having basically no visible wear and tear.
If you just google "ww2 iron cross 1st class back" you'll see that the big part of the clasp isn't directly at the edge of it.







However, there are some pictures of reproduction AND original EK1 iron crosses with that type of clasp placement.



Sorry for basically telling you nothing but I guess I gotta say something!
