WW2 German Iron Cross

Post by Porcelain44 » 16 Aug 2021 10:22

I have had this a while and thought I'd run it past some forum members to verify its authenticity. I don;t see any markings anywhere. What do you think? Thanks very much.

Porcelain44,

"Paul Meybauer Berlin" leads to a lot of information...

P.S. The above linked website by Herr Stefan Temme not scintillating, but full of information... :thumbsup:

Hello ;

Is not a WWII Iron Cross,

I don't like me this reverse, nor these adjusting screws
I honestly think it's not a legit Imperial 1870 Iron Cross, with 150 years aged.
And of course that P. Meybauer presentation case does not belong to this kind of decoration.
