Hello kc918 :

No problem with this General Assault badge.
It is rare in its design ( Can easily be identified by the structure of the leaves. The outline of the leaves follows the inner rim
of the wreath, giving these leaves a rather abstract shape ) by unknown maker but original.
This 'massive' version was merely finished with a low quality silver lacquer or silver wash.
