technical Question about party service award

If someone received the ss long service award, did they automatically receive the party long service award due to the ss being a part of the party itself?

As in, a party member wouldn’t receive the ss long service award in addition to the party long service award , IF the member was only a party member. But would an ss guy receive the party award automatically along with the ss long service award?
