Gold Party Badge recipient 68028

I am attempting to find the recipient of GPB 68028, he is not on Jamie Cross's list .Before contacting Rob McDivitt anyone out there with info it would be greatly appreciated.

You're going to save yourself possible confusion and aggrevation, and you're going to get a real, complete, and very well documented response from Rob. Use him! There is no one better in the research business for obtaining information, files, and complete records on individuals than Rob. Yes, he will take several months to return with a response. But to me, and I have had him obtain at least 3 to 4 dozen files, that time delay has never been an issue--except for anticipation.

Ah yes Dan, I forgot! Would be nice to put a name to that, or did you have a name but wanted to know more..? I can't remember :) I'd love to see that one day.
