Unbekannt004A.JPG, Unbekannt004B.JPG and Unbekannt004C.JPG seem to be the man identified by Freiherr before: General Heinrichs.

Gents -ref the Heinrichs photos for example oo4b.have
identified him as Gerhard Henke who shortly after the pic
was taken replaced Heinrichs as Cmdr of the 290th ID.

Should one infer, from the presence of the lady and the dog, that this is perhaps the General's wife and the scene is his home?

We don't often see females and pets in these photos. Makes it all the more interesting I think.

Hello Ruslan et al!

Heinz Schweizer was one of the very few Feuerwerker who recieved the RK for working with Bomb disposal of Blindgänger bombs. He was a Hauptmann (W) (Kr.O.) when he recieved the RK on 28.06.1943 while commanding Spreng-Kommando d. LW I/VI in Ratingen/Düsseldorf.

Regards,

Krollspell
