is on 16JPG and 17JPG the same officer (Heinrich Borgmann)

Borgmann was Ia 94 Div 01.07.43 to 10.9.43. So RKT Gen was GenLt Georg Pfeiffer. I know he earned DKiG before this date. In the pic you do see the loops.

Same as this man next to Jordan that got posted a while earlier.

Meaning 15.jpeg -- is this from the same series as 16.jpeg, just like you said 16.jpeg and 17.jpeg are associated. If so, there is a certain amount of resemblance between general in 15 and 16.
