Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Hello!
I found the first pic on a site about the HJ division,in a section about the Pioner Abteilung. So I think that this Heer officer could be Hptm Otto Toll, RK on 10.6.41 as Leutnant and Zugführer Pioner Batalion 200 and killed in action in Normandy exactly 3 years after.
Could someone confirm?

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
I assume Toll was subsequently a member of HJ's Pi Abt? Veit Scherzer's CD ROM has a pic of him. Facial features are consistent with what we see here except the cleft of the chin.

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Hello, Fangio and other interested parties,
On PP 73, there is listed a formal portrait photograph listed as unk. RKT-1 (Weinsoldner Peter. jpg, etc)
That is a photo of Richard Schwamberger. The same pic his widow sent to me.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
Terry

The pic below was posted on http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com as an unknown Stalingrad RKT. Anyone has any idea of who could this officer be?

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Hi everybody!
I think I found out who's the pilot being decorated by Mölders: Erich Schmidt (Flugzeugführer III./JG 53). But just to sure, could someone confirm this?

Besides this, who's this Heer rkt below? (Pic from http://www.cimilitaria.com )
