Here is a Nov 1944 photo of two Großdeutschland RKT's, neither man is identified on the Bundesarchiv/Wikipedia caption

Terry,
great job ! All edit done. Some of the multiple pics are captioned but not yet on the index.
re: page 35 - hm, Yes, I confused Alfred Vetter (left) and Herbert Berrer (right), sorry.
re: page 165 - Wilhelm Eggers ; interestingly this is an example of wearing a "wrong" death head (tradition badge). As a former member of Kav.Rgt. 13 he would have to wear the Braunschweiger death head ; in any case "unofficial" in the position of Chef 13.(IG)/IR 490 - theory and practice.

Best regards
Bernd :D

Hello Peter

I think the young Grossdeutschland RKT is Hans Sachs.

Hi!

I suspect the Wikipedia/Bundesarchiv collaboration is going to give us a lot of work! I know I should recognise him, but with the passing of the years I seem to be developing Gareth's "problem". Can someone please name this Generalmajor?

Many thanks in advance,

VJK
