Ruslan M , the RK with the black uniform: Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-292-1258-04,_Frankreich,_dekorierter_Panzersoldat_mit_Zivilist.jpg .

It's Georg Grüner who became the 436th recipient of the Oakleaves
on 26 March 1944 in a posthumous ceremony.
