Willi Hägele , page 138 / index - this is him for sure. There is a similar photo without visor cap he usually signed. (I know of)
Whereas on the photo in question (page 197) : left : Michael Fischer - right : ?? - it is not him on the right. Left side it is Michael Fischer for sure.

Thanks! After looking them up one by one, it's surprising to me that all of the awardees pictured were from the Fallschirmjäger arm. I was assuming most, if not all of them, got to be pilots or aircrew of the Luftwaffe Proper.
