I would say Major Roeckl, because other photos in same set were taken in late summer and autumn 1941.

Face and uniform looks similar.

BTW, he has a Jäger badge on his right sleeve. Why? He served before as Jäger?

How about this Eichenlaubträger from Kriegsmarine? His face look familiar but I couldn't remember who he is...

The bomber pilot on page 319 item 44.17 appears to be Wilhelm Schmitter. He was a first lieutenant when he got the K>C. according to Angola's On the field of honor.

It is not Schmitter in my eyes!
