Good morning everyone,

I saw this interesting picture that was published recently in Bali, do you have any idea as to the circumstances ?? Perhaps it is related to my research work on the Monsun UBoats - http://monsun-uboats.blogspot.sg/

Saw this at ACG and figured I'd post here as well.

99% sure that it's an Arado Ar96 in civilian colors.
The design of the empenage/fin would indicate that it's definitely an Arado "something".

No, not a 96 - it was a tandem two-seatetr...but this has quite a broad fuselage.

1938 Darwin and 16 Sydney in January 1938.

When returning to Germany plunged the D-EHCR 10 February 1938 for a flight

Pulkowski and an Indian passenger.
