Musikkorps des Grenadier-Ersatz-Regiments "Großdeutschland"
By the way, does anyone have the additional info to the Musikkorps des Grenadier-Ersatz-Regiments "Großdeutschland" led by Stabsmusikmeister Walter Dreis(s?)ig? This band had a concert trip in Wartheland in 1943 and also had a concert in Berlin in 1944.

Possibly a photo of Dreißig's band in Cottbus, from https://www.bild.bundesarchiv.de/ via https://commons.wikimedia.org/

What are the sources mentioning those concerts / could you post what was precisely written there?
Cheers,

Re: Musikkorps des Grenadier-Ersatz-Regiments "Großdeutschland"
Two short reports on concerts in occupied Poland, one in Lodz (Litzmannstadt) and the other in Wloclawek (Leslau).
The first report mentions a chamber orchestra of the Ersatz-Brigade "Großdeutschland" led by Stabsmusikmeister Dreißig, while the other mentions the band of the Grenadier-Ersatz-Regiment "Großdeutschland" (which belonged to the Ersatz-Brigade), without mentioning a conductor.
It is unclear whether the mentioned brigade chamber orchestra was composed of the regimental bandsmen; if Dreißig (on whom I have no info) was indeed the regimental bandleader, then that was likely the case.
From Litzmannstädter Zeitung, 14.10.1943, p. 4 & p. 5
