New Ritterkreuzträger book by Scherzer from Biblio Verlag series

Veit Scherzer is releasing the second volume of the Pionier Ritterkreuzträger from the Biblio Verlag Ritterkreuzträger series.
"Die Ritterkreuzträger der Deutschen Wehrmacht 1939-1945 Teil XI: Pioniertruppe Band 2: L-Z"
Whether it is actually published by Biblio Verlag I'm not sure, but at least it seems that the series is continuing in some format!

Does the book include the actual reasons why they got their RK? I'm not interested in just a list of names.

They usually include every bit of information you would want. Biographical, career, awards, promotions, units served, and yes many times they also include the Vorschlags, the award recommendation. And of course many photos.....It's a great series, I own all of them. And even though I'm not fluent in German, my "military" German is good enough to understand the books.

...of course my dream would be able to compile a book of Vorschlags of different bravery awards, from the RK to even the regular Iron Cross. I've read some Iron Cross 1st class Vorschlags for enlisted and NCO's and a lot of them were for actions that would have received a RK if they were officers....So, even though the Iron Cross seemed to be "passed out" at times, for the lower ranks it was still usually won by some excellent deed...

I received mine today. It's really wonderful! It is published by VDM Heinz Nickel, not by Biblio Verlag. It looks like they took over the series!

Looks like it will actually be out at last, if the following link is to be believed. What's more, it will cover ALL of the Panzerjägertruppen from A-Z!
