Schnelleinbau des Pantherturmes.

Wooden box for tactical vital places where a Regelbau 687 still has to be built.

Hello forttravel,
Interesting document, thanks for sharing.
The two question marks at Küstrin may indicate, that it was not finally decided at 05.02.1945, that the 12 Panther turrets were to be positioned there?
greetings lars

Fries' claimed KO's can't be reconciled with tank losses by units in the area. See p369 of The Battles for Monte Cassino: Then and Now.

"....There he took command of a Jagdpanzer IV, his vehicle was equipped with the so-called "Panther cupola"....." - amazing :-)
With this research quality it doesn't matter, if he destroyed 2 or 200 tanks.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
I need help to understand where we could find this place in Italy.
Surely for me it is pass futa, photo from a veteran of the 85 Infantry Division.
It looks like an unfinished workstation.
Thanks !

Hello Nitro90
Thanks for the picture. I wonder if it is the same turret shown on the photo attached?

Thank you very much, it seems just the same.
