accused of having murdered, with the intent to kill, Maurice Driesmans in Zepperen on 24.12.1943.
accused of assault and battery on 9 Belgian civilians, with various degrees of aggravating circumstances, in Sint-Truiden, between June 1942 and August 1944.
sentenced to 3,5 years imprisonment 01.02.1949 in Liege
reduced to acquittal 12.04.1949 in Liege

voluntarily enrolled in the German postal administration (end of 1940)
then the Hilfpolizei (end of 1941) in Malmedy.
After being formed in Germany as a gendarme, he was sent to Italy for the rest of the war.
SS-Rottenführer and Scharführer of the Schutzstaffel (SS)
accused of having worn weapons against Belgium or its allies(10.05.1940-8.05.1945), having served the purposes and policy of the enemy in a malicious and intentional manner(10.05.1940-8.05.1945).
accused of having murdered three English soldiers,inviolation of the laws and customs of war(1.10.1944)in Varna, Italy.
sentenced to 2 years imprisonment 23.02.1949 in Liege
sentenced to 20 years hard labour 13.07.1949 in Liege
