Re: SIPO & SD in France?
As far i know Raschik / Raschick served in Belgium (Brussels) not in France. In 1939 he was posted to Litzmannstadt, later he served also in Warsaw, Brussels and Shitomir.
You can find his full bio in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=220244&p=1993676&h ... k#p1993676

In Albert Smetanin's extract from Raschik's SSO you can see it says he was posted to BdS Paris on 10 June 1944.
Then there is this:
RSHA I announced that in the retreat some papers relating to BdS Frankreich personnel were lost: among them those of SS-Hstuf KR Herbert Rascik (sic), Stapo Darmstadt
source: BBL 1/45
Makes me wonder whether one of the French military archives is still hanging onto these papers. The list of papers of individuals lost was quite large.

Re: SIPO & SD in France?
Thanks.
It's strange that his postwar bio (probably from the trial records before the court in Bochum in 1954) did not mentioned about the transfer to BdS Paris. According to this bio, between 1944 and 1945 he was assigned to Stapo Dortmund and AdS Bochum.

Re: SIPO & SD in France?
Strange as it may seem I think there may have been two persons named Hermann Eckfellner.
BBL 12/41 states Hermann Eckfellner, Kripo Ludwigshafen, promoted KK on 1 Dec 1940.
1945, a schedule of Stapoleitstelle Munich giving details of air-raid deployments quotes KrimSek Hermann Eckfellner with "Alarmkompanie Gruppe 20".
I have other mentions between but KK Eckfellner is unlikely to have been demoted to KrimSek. I think it more likely that KS Hermann Eckfellner from Stapo Munich to have been the one who died in 1950 in a Bordeaux hospital because a French website he came from Munich and Ast Carcassone appears to have been staffed by Unterführers rather than officers.
