Hi Sturm'
These do not look like an Sd. Ah. 401. The question is what are they? Maybe they are this unidentified type shown by Holger at http://www.kfzderwehrmacht.de/Homepage_ ... chens.html

Re: ► Photothread: Field Kitchens in Context
I am new to this subject , so one question abouth the M09t with rotating stove: The original version was for horse tow with big wooden wheels. The German ones are placed on trailers with rubber wheels-but every trailer looks different (another example on Kfz der Wehrmacht site). Were the trailers some "one-off" conversions?

Re: ► Photothread: Field Kitchens in Context
Hi Sturm,
That's a tough one. This Field Kitchen for Motorized Towing-Type 2 from Holger's site has a similar handrail at the back and the stove has similar construction but the wheels are a little different and it has a newer style chimney.

Re: ► Photothread: Field Kitchens in Context
This one is interesting. At first I thought a Feldkochherd 13 but with the trailer hitch it's probably an Hf. 13 with the wheels removed. You can see a spoked wheel in the background.
Cheers,
Max
