Help with the Awards of Vizeadmiral Walter Lohmann

Hi, I have some photos of Lohmann that show a pretty long ribbon bar and I think he was awarded some foreign awards.
If someone knows which ones please write down below. Or if not, maybe someone can ID some awards from his ribbon bar.

- ??? (this award has some sort of device, a crown perhaps?)
*I can see 4 more ribbons after the Wehrmacht Dienstauszeichnungen.

Maybe Officer Class
