Numbering seems to have gone awry in a couple of the posts above:
010/422 Mortar Battalion
010/423 Artillery Division
010/424 ATR Company
010/425 SMG Company
010/426 Recce Company

010/428 Technical Supply Company
No real information on this from the Штат charts however we do have the name of each platoon from the 2 Tank Army Report diagram and we do have matching totals from the Album diagram with allowance for 6 men in the HQ. The reference to 4 men in the ПКТЧ (Company Command for Technical Units) refers to the command group within the 010/420 Brigade Command (line 76 to 82). We have the number of vehicles as 31 and their type. From this information and using the Artillery Repair units as a guide we can postulate the following estimate:
1. Command
Company Commander Senior lieutenant 1
Company Military Commissar Political Officer 1
Sergeant-major Sergeant-major 1
Clerk sergeant of administrative service 2
Motorcyclist Soldiers 1
Motorcycle 1
total 6
2. Platoon for repair of wheeled vehicles
Platoon commander senior sergeant of technical service 1
Deputy platoon commander Junior sergeant of technical service 1
Mechanic Soldiers 10
Storeman Corporal 1
Laboratory technician for fuel Corporal 1
Driver Soldiers 1
Workshop type B 1
total 15
3. Electro-technical Platoon
Platoon commander senior sergeant of technical service 1
Deputy platoon commander Junior sergeant of technical service 1
Electrician Soldiers 6

total 9
4. Platoon for repair of artillery and rifle weapons

Senior gunsmith senior sergeant of technical service 1
Gunsmith sergeant of technical service 2
Gunsmith machine guns sergeant of technical service 1
Locksmith lance corporal 2
Driver – locksmith Junior sergeant of technical service 1
Workshop type A 1
total 8
5. Motor vehicle platoon
Platoon commander senior sergeant of administrative service 1
Driver Soldiers 23
Motor vehicle Cargo 1.5t for stores and material 23
Fuel detachment
Driver Soldiers 5

6. Economic detachment

Deputy detachment commander sergeant of administrative service 1
Storekeeper junior sergeant of administrative service 1
Senior Cook sergeant of administrative service 1
Cook Soldiers 2
Driver Soldiers 1
Motor vehicle Cargo 2.5t 1
Motor trailer kitchen 1

total 6

Total for company 73
I am open to any suggestions/corrections

That is the completed estimate of the 010/420 Motor Rifle Brigade and I will post both this and the 010/370 Motor Rifle Bde updated translation so that you can have a look yourselves.
The final piece of the jigsaw is the two variants for the main 1943 Tank Regiment 010/414 which we have established as:

010/414 early version:
Personnel 524
Officers 101
NCO 211
OR 212

010/414 late version:
Personnel 474
Officers 89
NCO 194
OR 191

When faced by MECH Brigades with strange looking totals we can use these variants to get back to the standard Motor Rifle Brigade variants (whether they have the full sized or smaller Admin Company, AA MG Company, etc) so that we can understand where those figures come from.

For instance in the Album 50 Mech Bde chart we have totals of:
Personnel 3686
Officers 384
NCO 1210
OR 2092

which gives us the Motor Rifle Bde total if we deduct the Tank Regt 010/414 late (474 total)
Total 3212
Officers 295
NCO 1016
OR 1901
which is the total that we see my table below as being the most common figure (in yellow) and one that we can derive from the Shtat work above. We know that this is correct because this Tank Regt variant is shown on the diagram.

(see here:Image

However if instead we use the other Tank Regt figure by mistake what we get is

010/420 Motor Rifle Bde with 010/414 early (525 total) deducted
Total 3164
Officers 283
NCO 999
OR 1880

This matches the rather strange low total shown in the 2 Tank Army Report Diagram (top line in the table above) which I cannot reproduce from any combination of the elements of 010/420 - I simply cannot get that low and show all the units that it has in the diagram. This could be an error on the part of who ever drew up the table using the wrong 010/414 variant on a Mech Bde total to get an incorrect Motor Rifle Bde total?

Another example from the table is the 1 Mech Bde total of August 1943 of 3712. This rather odd figure is explained if we use the early 010/414 (525 total) Tank Regiment and the late 010/420 Motor Rifle Bde (649 Rifle Bn) with a total of 3197.

Tank Regt 010/414 (late) 525
Mech Bde 010/420 (late) 3197
total 3722 which is only 10 men adrift from the 1 Mech Corps total.

Using the two variants of 010/414 Tank Regt with the two variants of 010/420 Motor Rifle Bde explains almost all the Mech Bde totals seen in Pamyat Naroda.

With a reasonable idea of the two types of Mech Bde we can now have another go at the Mech Corps.
My starting point are the Штат numbers and personnel numbers given in the "Report on the development of Armoured and Mechanised troops during the Great Patriotic War" which give numbers for Sept 1942, January 1943, 1944, 1945 see:.
viewtopic.php?p=2132083#p2132083

Starting with January 1944 I then started to fill in the detail for types of personnel, weapons, vehicles, armoured vehicles, etc from the following sources:
1) https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=110326229 (dated May 1944)
2) Album 50 and 54 using the totals in the boxes at the bottom
3) Our Mech Bde work
4) For Rear units, Доклад о материально-технической обеспеченности, укомплектованности и боевом составе войск 2 ТА [Report on the material-technical supply, manning and combat strength of troops 2 Tank Army] https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=135101751 which is September 1944

010/418 Mechanised Corps January 1944
Mech Corps Jan 44.jpg
I am missing two units, the 010/418 command (the Sept 44 2TA version is quite different) and the Communications Battalion 010/561 which again has quite different totals and a Штат 010/562. Does anyone have a record of these?

Off-topic, but it's worth mentioning, that one platoon in rifle company was re-armed with SMGs not just in tank or mechanized formations - all infantry formations were rearmed like this.

Thanks for the detail on the SMG issue for mechanised units. I've seen something similar for the December 1942 Rifle Regiment but not for the Mech Brigade. I'm still hoping the whole set of Shtat for the 1943 Brigade will turn up!

These are establishment tables from the year 1940 (despite the fact that the document was created in 1941). In February 1941 revised tables of organization were issued, in particular tank regiment/tank division - 010/30 instead of 010/16, motorcycle regiment - (0)10/31 instead of (0)10/23. Moreover, the document gives a peacetime establishment. At mobilization a part of units (those without 0 in TO&E number) switched to the wartime TO&Es.

That's the one, we have seen a spreadsheet with the entire Штат laid out and a wire-frame diagram as well in other posts.
