A Luftwaffe bomber clasp appears over the ribbon bar
The first ribbon it's Eisernes Kreuz 2 class, second X, third Luftwaffe Long Service, maybe four years,
fourth Sudetenland Medal with Prague Clasp, fifth X
In the middle; An Eisernes Kreuz first class, and below a pilot/observer badge, next to an air gunner, or a radio operator badge

I doubt it's a ROAG badge next to the PO. ROAG's left wing has a different curvature and the eagle is blackened. This one looks like Croatian Air Force Pilot Badge, IMO.
No. 2 on the ribbon bar looks like Olympic Medal while No. 5 looks like a West Wall medal ribbon.

The second ribbon he is wearing after the EK2 is for the Eastern Front Medal - Medaille „Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42“. He was serving in Russia sometime between 15 NOV 1941 and 15 APR 1942.

Ribbon #5 is probably the Westwall Medal Ribbon.
