Here is another picture from ebay.de (expired auction) showing a whole gun to help your identification as a 120/45.

This type of gun was also used on the 120/45 railway artillery train.
Thank you, Emmanuel...
Definitely a 120/45.... :)

Thank you for your answer, ludvig... :)
I am not an expert in naval artillery and it is very complicated for me to distinguish between the numerous models of Italian guns of 120mm...

Ansaldo Mod.1926
Ansaldo Mod.1936
Ansaldo Mod.1937
OTO Mod.1931
OTO Mod.1933
OTO Mod.1936
Ansaldo Mod.1940

Here, a twin mount of 120 L50 guns...Do you know the exact model ?

Greetings colleagues!
I am interested in Spanish destroyers such as Alcedo, after the modernization of 1940-43.
Armament after modernization:

"Alcedo: Armamento: 3 cañones Vickers de 101,6/40 mm. // 3 cañones de 20 mm AA // 4 TLT de 450 mm. // 2 morteros lanzacargas // 1 varadero // aparato lanzador de humos."

"Lazaga: Armamento: 3 cañones Vickers de 101,6/40 mm. // 4 montajes de 20 mm AA // 4 TLT de 450 mm. // 2 morteros lanzacargas // 1 varadero // aparato lanzador de humos."
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 1a2fc9fb81
"Velasco: Armamento: 2 cañones Vickers de 101,6/40 mm. // 1 cañón Krupp de 88/ 45 mm., en sustitución del montaje nº 2 // 3 cañones de 20 mm AA // 4 TLT de 450 mm. // 2 morteros lanzacargas // 1 varadero // aparato lanzador de humos."
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 9be4ec7763
Pay attention to Velasco - 1x1 -88/45 mm Krupp !?
The question is is it true?

In addition, there are photos of three destroyers during the upgrade.
Pay attention to the shields of the nose guns. Velasco is different from sisterships.

Question - where can I find better photos?

Hi all,

According to Ebay photo caption this is Z25 destroyer...but the shield of the gun seems to indicate an 12.7cm SK C34 gun...not an 15cm Tbts KC36... :?

Hello Sturm78 ,
Not a easy one , but it is an 15 cm Tbts KC/36 , notice the two lower Klappen
are hinged . More info in Waffen - Revue nr 112 , 113 and 114 .

Thanks, ludvig,

I thought that all 15cm Tbts K C36 guns had a bulge on the roof of his shields.... :?
