Not sure what has you so concerned about the use of "Xmas" or the word's usage in this forum; but to help you out a bit:
the 'X' in Xmas represents the initial Chi of Greek word Khristos or ‘Christ.’
Very commonly used code in the persecuted early Church to avoid saying the word Christ and carried over to modern usage.

"Christmas" is a mixture of pagan traditions (The sun and moon worship etc.) adopted by Catholic church. Earlier it was celebration of Winter solstice.
Some of the traditions come from ancient Babylonia and some from the Romans.
Babylonian king Tammuz/Nimrod was said to have been born on December 25th and he was the man who defied God according to the Bible.
From the Christian point of view so called Christmas is actually very anti-christian and full of idolatry (Jeremiah 10:2-4).
Jesus of Nazareth was more likely born near the time of sukkot and he did not teach people to celebrate his birthday.
Christmas tree and gift traditions are from Babylonia and the celebration of Roman Saturnalia was full of similar customs.

The attached volume is extremely interesting [and not limited to Christmas] -- ''Die Gestaltung der Feste im Jahres-und Lebenslauf in der SS-Familie'', which is something like ''The Form of the Festivals [or Festal Rites, less accurate but more flowing] for the Course of the Year and for the Course of Life in the SS-Family''. It's a sort of combination of symbolic catechism and practical 'ritual' detailing how to assemble or acquire the new ritual objects, as the Yule wheel, Tree of Life, Yule Wreath and so on as well as sentiments for each festal day.

With passing reference to the recent discussion of Christmas, the philosophy of the author seems to have been to resurrect the apparent pagan origins and symbolisms of modified Germanic Christmas rites and customs, as the Christmas tree or Advent wreath and candles.

Unfortunately I do not know to what extent these rites were theoretical and to what extent they were actually practised in SS homes. If anyone can remember the Yule rites, or other SS-rites from their childhood I would be most interested to hear from them. We likely have comparatively few now who could remember the SS-influence on wedding ceremonies, but there may be older texts or reminiscences.

I have not provided the only extant translation of the text I can find as it is to be found on a website which is avowedly ''Blood and Soil Racialist'' (a quotation from the editor) and which would, of course, not be acceptable under the forum rules. If anyone is aware of another translation it would help those who cannot read the German.
