Who remembers Dr.Guenther?

Prosecutor of the District Court in Świdnica (Lower Silesia) in connection with the investigation against Dr.Erick Ferdynand Günther (a doctor in the Gross Rosen camp) asks all former prisoners of the camp who knew Günther and can provide any information about him, to provide their contacts/addresses to the District Prosecutor's Office in Świdnica.
Death penalty for a Nazi tormentor

The District Court in Cieszyn during the off-site session in Bielsko examined the case of Józef Sikora, living in Kamienica, accused of participating in September 1939 as a member of "hilfspolizei" together with Gestapo members, in the arrest of 5 Poles: Józef Maślanka, Michał Kucharski, Karol Migdałek, Edward Laszczak and Rudolf Marka. During the arrest Sikora beat Maślanka with a butt of a gun. The Gestapo men had with them a list with only four surnames on it - without Laszczak, who at the time of the arrest was with them and on Sikora's suggestion was also arrested.
From the testimonies of witnesses it appeared that there were no personal misunderstandings between Sikora and Laszczak, and that Sikora only acted because of excessive zeal and willingness to serve the Nazis. Two of these men died in concentration camps, and two remained until the end of the war in the camp. One of the arrested, namely Laszczak was in the camp for only 3 months and he was now the main witness. As a result of the hearing, the Court sentenced the accused to death by hanging.
Next scan is not clear enough to be sure about surnames. Anyway here it is:
The murderers of Polish POWs must answer to the Polish tribunal

The Polish Military Mission, which is currently working in Germany, is collecting documents against those responsible for ill-treatment and executions of Polish POWs officers in Murnau camp. Following criminals already had been identified and their whereabouts are known: Petrie, captains Dienert and Schmidt, sergeants: Freisiger, Kiesewetter and Larisch.
Criminal Girle will hang on the gallows

The President of the Republic of Poland did not use clemency power to pardon Jan Girle, member of the criminal organization SS, condemned to death by a verdict of the District Court in Bydgoszcz. The criminal took active part in the mass arrests of Poles in Bydgoszcz and contributed to deaths of many of them.
German police secretary captured in Wrocław

The secretary of the German police in Warszawa, Alfred Kühne, will be put on trial before the Special Court.
Security Service made the arrest in Wrocław. While carrying out personal searches of suspicious Germans, a German ID card was found on one of them stating that its owner, Alfred Kühne, is a secretary of the German police in Warszawa.
Death penalty for oppressors of Poles

The Special Criminal Court in Katowice, during off-site session in Cieszyn, investigated the case of Ryszard Goryszka from Ustroń, who as Scharführer SA took part along with German police and Gestapo in the liquidation of the Polish underground organization.
Proceedings revealed that the accused during German occupation belonged to the SA, was promoted to Scharführer and was the deputy commander of the local SA group. He took active part in all Nazi events, Germans had an absolute trust in him. In September 1943, the accused was ordered by the Gestapo to report at the railway station in Ustroń, to participate in the liquidation, in nearby forests, of Polish Home Army units, which for some time carried out sabotage actions in the vicinity of Ustroń and Hermanowice? (possibly an error, village is called Hermanice). The accused commanded action in Hermanowice?, where more than thirty Poles were arrested, including five women. All were promptly executed. Among them Rudolf Nowak and Józef Krysta, Józef Barańczyk, Rudolf Szwarc and Jan Witała.
Moreover, during the court hearings, it was confirmed that the accused while was holding the position of Obermeister in German factory Brevillier Urban in Cieszyn, heavily beat Soviet POWs factory workers on many occasions.
After hearing the Court condemned the accused to death, loss of public rights and confiscation of property.

As far i know neither of these men was tried in Poland. Walter (not Heinrich) Iborg (place of birth unknown to me), Herbert Passia (born in Breslau), Friedrich Jentsch (born in Fulda) and Wilhelm Matthes (born in Kiel) were interned by the British authorities after the war and were wanted for extradition by Poland but they were not extradited.

I have

Paul Reissmann, born 16/08/1903, member of staff at KL Stutthof and cook in KL Stutthof, extradited from British zone to Poland on 15/05/1947, discontinuance of the proceedings in Gdańsk on 17/06/1948 (maybe he was extradited by mistake?), released without trial on 18/10/1948.
