He was sentenced In Wadowice on 06/12/1947 to 10 years, later he was tried again and sentenced In Wadowice on 01/10/1948 to 15 years.

Burkhart was sentenced in Nysa (Prudnik) on 04/03/1948 to 5 years.

The SS rank of Dobida in unknown to me.

Gauder was sentenced to 3 years.

Ginter, extradited from US zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, was sentenced in Kraków on 01/02/1949 to 5 years, later he was tried again and sentenced in Kraków on 29/12/1949 to 15 years, released on 04/03/1957.

Grams was sentenced to 5 years.

Do you know the names of more men sentenced for crimes in Auschwitz (guards + Kapos) not extradited (arrested in Poland or handed over by Russians)? I know your specialized in extradited men but maybe you have some names in your files.

These were two different men, both extradited to Poland: Hujber born 01/08/1921 from US zone on 18/12/1946 and Hujber born 12/01/1911 from British zone on 03/05/1947.

Adolf Gustav Immenroth, born 04/04/1892, German from Gescheleubeck (?) near Lubeck, extradited from British zone to Poland on 28/08/1946 for mistreating of forced labour workers, died in prison before the trial on 01/10/1947.

Alfons Jorde, born 05/12/1906, SS guard in KL Auschwitz, extradited from US zone to Poland on 18/12/1946, died in prison before the trial on 18/12/1947.

Kitzler was sentenced to 3,5 year, his SS rank is unknown to me.

Unfortunately i don’t have birthplaces for Alscher, Achter and Blaschzok, i also don’t know names of other guards from KL Auschwitz who were tried in Poland but not extradited, except Karol (Karl) Kurpanik who was sentenced to death and executed.

He was tried two times - on 02/03/1948 he was sentenced in Kraków to 2 years and on 03/12/1948 in Kraków to 4 years.

Fritz Lapke (12.02.1893 in Sprottau) SS-Sturmmann sentenced to 12 years imprisonment 03.06.1947 in Swidnica (died 22.07.1948 in prison)
