Thanks for your reply, T. A. Gardner. It is difficult to ensure as the the images are very small...and the differences are very subtle...T.A. Gardner wrote
I suspect, but can't positively say 100%, but the first picture is an Me 410 while the second (above) is an Me 210A-1.
The first is more suspect to being wrong, but I based my conclusion on the length of the engine nacelles and the wing shape. The nacelles appear to protrude further past the front of the fuselage and the wings appear to have straighter leading edges. But, that's less than conclusive.
The above photo appears to have a shorter fuselage and the more leading edge sweep on the wings. Again. that's what I can observe but it isn't conclusive. Maybe someone can ID the code SJ + GV as to the unit it's in.
Well, the big differences that you can use to ID one from the other are:

Well, the big differences that you can use to ID one from the other are:
The 410 has a longer fuselage from the gun mounts to the tail. This is usually noticeable.
The 210 has more sweep on the outboard portion of the wings and may or may not have leading edge slats depending on model.
The engine nacelles on the 210 are shorter than on the 410. You can usually tell the difference by looking at how close the exhaust stacks are to the front of the nacelle. On the 410, there's a noticeably bigger gap.
There are also many minor differences that you can pick out, but these are harder to see in most photographs.
