Good morning VT.
Could it be a 75mm M1897A2 Field Gun?

The US Army had plenty of these after WW1 and they modenised them by adding Pneumatic wheels etc.
The same gun was also mounted on a standard M3 Half-Track to form the M3A1 GMC, which saw a lot of service in north Africa and later in the Pacific.

The uniforms look wrong for US Army. Could these soldiers be French with US made equipment?

The blue paint usually indicates inert training rounds in US ordnance.
