A Deluxe Sleeper car perhaps, although those look more like benches than beds.

Gentlemen,

Many thanks for your thoughts on the interior view. The four-wheel wagon as illustrated by Max does seem likely to me. I had not known that bench seats were fitted to these wagons for the transport of troops.
