Regarding archival documents, this report from May 1943 which gives and authorized distribution of trucks between brigade's elements have helped me a lot:

And a summary table for the motorized rifle brigade (original set of TO&Es from February-March 1943)

Image

For comparison, the authorized strength of the brigade in June 1943 was reported as 3266 men (351 officers, 991 NCOs, 1924 privates)
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=455189284
The same numbers are given by V.Zamulin. The difference could be due to an additional officer (librarian or cinema mechanic) in the brigade HQ. Different breakdown by ranks (NCOs, privates) is less straightforward, probably it's related to repairmen in technical company. Authorized weapons strength was 1258 SMGs, 1290 or 1273 rifles and carbines, other numbers the same as in the table.

I have been looking at the change in personnel and vehicle numbers over a period of time and to illustrate this have chosen the 1 Guards Tank Army in the period December 1944 to May 1945.

After the operations of the summer campaign, the Lvov-Sandomir Operation and Operation Bagration, from the end of August the 1 Guard Tank Army was taken into reserve for refitting until January when it were moved into position on the bridgeheads for the Vistual-Oder Strategic Operation. This ideal from a study point of view because the Mechanised and Motor Rifle Brigades would have been brought up to full strength, if not actual Shtat strength, during this period and then we would be able to observe the changes over the Vistula-Oder Operation, East Pomeranian Operation and Berlin Operations.

The documents used were:

1 Tank Army

https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=451530559
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=450418269

The resulting data is shown in this graph:
1 Tank Army Men and Vehicles.jpg
The graph shows all the brigades at full strength while they were refitting and in the case of the 27 GMRB, the addition of 300 off horses to the units before the start of operations.
We can see the main data for the 19 GMB (blue line) and 27 GMRB (red line) with small declines at the start of operations but both men and vehicles maintain there strength across these series of 5 day reports.
The sharp drop in vehicle numbers of 19 GMB on 7 February 1945 is unlikely to be real, the number quoted was either incorrect or some subset of the vehicle fleet since numbers recover to the original level in the next report.
Interestingly the 27 GMRB transport actually increases both in numbers of vehicles and of horses towards the end of the East Pomeranian operation probably from captured sources. Most of the horses were taken away for the Berlin Operation, probably during the redeployment and as advance distances were likely to be small. While personnel numbers fall slightly during the operation, vehicle numbers remain constant so neither seem to have been involved in heavy fighting.

Am reading through 47 Separate Mechanised Brigade documents and have noticed that in September 1944 https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=452084809 and in Jan 1945 https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=452069878 the 18 Tank Regiment has around 25 Sherman M4-A2-1 tanks. According to tankfront.ru they should be on
Директивой ГШКА № орг/3/2305 от 04.03.1944 г. - переведен на штат № 010/465.
but this state should be 35 T34s and I cannot see any states for US tanks with 25 tanks.

Both documents cite actual availability, not the establishment.

Yes that was my initial thought, 2 companies rather than 3 but then I wondered if there were specific states for US or British tank regiments. There were specific training ones.

Supporting the idea of a two company 010/365 for Shermans is the reports from April to October showing just 23 Shermans as the brigade was clearly not doing much in the Kalinin Front Mobile Group. In October it joins 5 Guards Tank Army and gets involved in fighting operations including the East Prussian operation and then it struggles to maintain more than a handful of tanks. However organisation chart in January 1945 clearly shows a 010/365 organisation with three companies:

10 April 1944 report: Tank Mk-3: availability 30: 23 Shermans 19 Mk-9
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=452084672

16 September 1944: 23 Shermans

7 October 1944: 23 Shermans
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=452084886

29 November 1944 report: 7 Shermans
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=452081245

17 January 1945 organisation diagram shows 3 companies of 10 tanks each so matches 010/365
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=455137783

8 February 1945 report: 9 Shermans
