It was not a division, but the German military mission in Romania staff. The documents are those I referred to in a previous message.

The O6 was part of the Ic. His jobdescription (in German) was something like this:

Beobachtung der fdl. Kriegsgliederung, Organisation, Ausrüstung, Versorgung.
Systematische Ordnung der Feindverbände.
Auswertung aller Meldungen u. Feindnachrichten, sowie der Gefangenen- u. Überlaufervernehmungen.
Bearbeiter der Gefangenen Vernehmungsberichte.

However, I think you are confusing the O6 with the O5, who indeed was a part of the OQu. His jobdescription was something like this:

Bearbeitung der Meldungen.
Führung der g.Kdos.Akt.,
Lagenkarte d. Qu. 2.
Tätigkeitsbericht.
Mitarbeit auf allen nebenstehenden Qu. 2 gebieten.

Regarding the "something like this": I have been looking for official jobdescriptions for a long time. Often you can find such things as part of the Stellenbesetzungslisten (which Rossano likes so much). Sadly enough, the jobdescriptions are not always the same. Some are very detailed, others not. Finding the more or less "correct" (theoretical) jobdescription is very hard.

Yes, You remember well. I collect (among others) any officers lists (Stellenbesetzungen, Kriegsranglisten, Einteilungen, Übersichten, etc., and I have many of them already), and I will thank anybody (You included) who will help me with new ones that I still miss (free, or eventually upon exchange).

Even if he doesn't I would certainly appreciate them.

I do have some at corps level, but it would be good to be able to compare them to something.

Überwachung des Kurierdienstes.
Chefsachen-Verwaltung in Verbindung mit Sachbearbeiter KTB.
Abwehr-Offizier Geschäftsgang.
Besondere Aufgaben durch Ia.

vierter Ordonnanzoffizier (O4) (Ia-Abteilung)

Mitarbeit bei Id.
Luftschutzoffizier.

dritter Ordonnanzoffizier (O3) (Ic/AO)

Bearbeitung des Feindnachrichtenblattes.
Tätigkeitsbericht.
Beobachtung der Feindlage im Grossen in Verbindung mit Ia.
Überwachung der Nachrichten-Aufklärung.
Kriegsschauplätze.
Regelung des inneren Dienstbetriebes.

I don't, at least not in any case, because I found one evidence that O5 could be part of the Ic and not the O.Qu., while O6 was with O.Qu. (see the attachment).
Anyway, I guess that it doesn't change anything concerning their duties.
