(but in that case I am curious….how can You assert that he is Dr. Wagner without a comparison photo of him, or do I miss, or don´t I understand, something ?)

There are only two Medical Generals in that photo. The man in ther center is Handloser, therefore the other must be Wagner - as the text says -.

The New Order: Last Days of Europe is a mod for Hearts of Iron 4 featuring a Nazi victory and a subsequent German Civil War. One Redditor has identified all but one general from the leaked list. I'm trying to figure out who the hell it is. The search may be particularly difficult since the mod uses post-World War II generals, DSR officials and Red Army Faction members (and other radical communists).

All I have is a face.
