My suspicion is that it's an older edition of Georg Hogel's "U-Boat Emblems of World War II..."
But if so, which edition would it be? Thanks.

It has the style of 70's/80's book, according the size I'm not sure if it's exactly a Georg Högel's book, or another U-Boat or Kriegsmarine guide

That is what I thought. It reminds me of the PSL/Ian Allan style.
