WW2 Axis Ammo?

Can anyone tell me what ammo this is? Is it WW2 from an Axis nation? Thanks

The charger is a Lee-Enfield one. Headstamp probably 1957 Iraqi.

Correction: “O” = 5
1: I9O7 (“7“ = 6) 1956
2: l9OV (“V” = 7) 1957
3: I9O9 = 1959
