They could have been removed before the total destruction of the pocket... like many panzer crews and specialist.
Most likely- they would have been shipped out. Besides being Hitler's palace guard and his most loyal troops, the LAH/DR contained the leadership corps of the SS formations that were not raised yet..
Why were they his most loyal troops ?
It was Major Remer commander of the Wachbataillon Großdeutschland who put the 20.7.44 plot down in Berlin, you keep perpetuating these myths about the SS been the most loyal, why ?
If the rumours were true about Dietrich knowing about the attempt to overthrow Hitler and did nothing it shows they were not that loyal ??
Also what does providing cadres for future SS units have to do with using them at Stalingrad ?

Materially impossible in the completely fictitious case that that they would be there. And not necessary. One should not forget that the units involved in the fighting around Stalingrad suffered heavy casualties before the encirclement happened and these wounded were already evacuated and in addition there are the ones that were flown out during the encirclement . And there were support units that were not encircled because they were far back. So it was not so that the divisions in the encirclement needed to be rebuilt from zero.

What? It is a fact that 'important' personnel and tank crews were flown out of Stalingrad before the final Soviet push.

Not the same as whole units. Materially impossible

If they were fighting at Stalingrad there would not have been 'whole' units.

Still not feasible even for what was left.

Sadly, discussion with you is pointless.

It was up to you to present a feasible plan for evacuating even remnants of two ss divisons with the historically available aircraft. Just stating that it can be done is too easy.
