You're right, it is hard to tell as most of the identifying features are obscured. It's a Hf.14 though, the Hf.12 doesn't have the rows of ventilation holes on the rear panel, which can just be made out in this photo. A Hf.12 also has raised square panels on the right side, behind the wheel, as shown in this photo. Source: expired ebay.de auction

What is your opinion about this one ? This kitchen have the rows of ventilation holes on the rear panel as Hf.14 but the old conical chimney as Hf.12....

That is a great pic of what I would have assumed to be an Hf. 12. As food for thought, here is a screenshot from the now defunct Panzerarmee web site. The comment below the first table is interesting.

This is a strange one, as you say it has features of both a Hf.12 and Hf.14! Interestingly the rear panel ventilation holes are not the same as a Hf.14 which has 9 holes on the top row. This kitchen has 7, which I have never seen before. The left hand side coffee boiler has Hf.14 features, but the rest of the kitchen with the exception of the rear panel is a Hf.12. Notice also the difference in the fire doors. The centre one is as seen on Hf.12's and the left hand one is as on Hf.14
This could be a Hf.12 that has been repaired with a coffee boiler and parts from a Hf.14? The unknown rear panel is a mystery though!
Regards,
Tim

Unfortunately the first point on this table is incorrect. I did contact the owner of the Panzerarmee website to correct some of the mistakes on the field kitchen id pages.
Yes, they do differentiate. The left hand column relates to the Hf.14 and the right Hf.12.
All Hf.14 kitchens had 9 holes on the top row and 11 on the bottom row.
