No, they are the same as 5th Division, i.e. 16 Type 90 75mm Field Guns, 8 Type 91 10cm Howitzers and 12 Type 94 75mm mountain guns. But, Guards Artillery Regiment distributed them to two field gun battalions and one howitzer battalion.

By further research, the OOB of Guards Artillery Regiment seems to be the same as 5th Artillery Regiment. The 3rd Battalion is not howitzer battalion, but mountain gun battalion. The OOB will be as follows.

1st Battalion - 8 Type 90 75mm guns, 4 Type 91 10.5cm howitzers
2st Battalion - 8 Type 90 75mm guns, 4 Type 91 10.5cm howitzers
3rd Battalion - 12 Type 94 75mm mountain guns
