I often see references to directives and reports in other war diaries and sources in the style like so:
"KanA:n tilanneilmoitus 630/III/15"
I cannot find these documents. If anyone knows where these are located in the archive database, especially for the Isthmus Army and II-IV AKEs, help is appreciated.

Daily reports and orders for divisional and Corps' level can usually be found from the National Archives of Finland's Digital Archives under the corresponding unit's war diaries for Toimisto III (i.e. Office of Operations). Kannaksen Armeija's daily reports can be found from Päämaja's diary:sean_the_great48 wrote: ↑20 Mar 2020, 09:39I cannot find these documents. Päämaja 30.11 - 31.12.1939
Päämaja 1.1. - 31.1.1940
Päämaja 1.2. - 29.2.1940
Päämaja 1.3. - 13.3.1940

Re: Where to find Directives and Reports in the Finnish Archives
After looking through the Päämaja Diary I found a few directives referenced and summarized, however many directives referenced in the Kan.A Diary does not show up in the Päämaja Diary.
Here is an example from SPK 1826 (Kan.A):

I couldn't find any reference to this in the Päämaja Diary as it seems to skip much of the 30.11 and 1.12 portions for directives (it may be mentioned in the reports section but I see no explanation of the specific "NO 515/III/2" Order.
So naturally after not finding it there, I went to the II AK Diary (SPK 55, tsto III) and find no reference, let alone explanation, of this order.
After this I would look for any misc grouping of documents that include directives and reports (like here for the IV AK http://digi.narc.fi/digi/slistaus.ka?ay=38718), but I cannot find such for most Kan.A, or for any II and III AK directives.
Could there be an index of some sort listing all of these reports and where to find them throughout the archives database specifically? Otherwise where else can I look?
PS
Is tsto III always operations? And what is tsto II exactly (inquiry?)?

There are no indices for individual orders, as far as I know. If there orders are not attached to the war diaries, the originals can be found at the National Archives of Finland in Helsinki.sean_the_great48 wrote: ↑20 Mar 2020, 23:57Could there be an index of some sort listing all of these reports and where to find them throughout the archives database specifically? Toimisto I = Personnelsean_the_great48 wrote: ↑20 Mar 2020, 23:57Is tsto III always operations? And what is tsto II exactly (inquiry?)?
Toimisto II = Intelligence
Toimisto III = Operations
Toimisto IV = Supply
etc.
