French War Crimes Proceedings
Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
Ihrig was SS-Schaf to 1944, then promoted SS-Oschaf.
Kaiser reported as SS-Ustuf but I can not find a SSO for him.
No ranks for the others.

Schrimm - KA i.V. in 1940 so unlikely to have gone beyond KOA by end of war

Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
Mike,
The wording you use for Heinrich Georg Stadelhofer comes from the Law Reports on War Crimes Trials where he is named as Henri Georges Stadelhofer. This might help our French colleagues to identify him.

Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
Was there a trial of SS-Obersturmführer Ludwig Krämer and SS-Untersturmführer Wilhelm Dorn of the Gestapo Dijon?
Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
I have Dorn as a Uniformtraeger SS-Ustuf - no other information. Probably came from the GFP, like so many others.
“Ein Ludwig Heinrich Kramer wurde vom Militärgericht Lyon am 23.2.1955 nach kontradiktorischer Verhandlung zu 20 Jahren Zwangsarbeit während seiner Tätigkeit deim ‘SD Dijon’ verurteilt. Kramer wurde nach Verbüssung etlicher Jahre und verschiedener Gnadenerlasse entlassen.” (no umlauts in this source but his name was Krämer))
source: BAL, B162/5063, p.33

Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
Thank you Steve.

Willy Peter (16.11.1903 in Mulhouse) sentenced to death (in absence)
Martin Buschmann (14.12.1908 in Gundersdorf) sentenced to death (in absence)
Friedrich Pohl (05.04.1906 in Neu-Heiduch) SS-Unterscharführer, Gestapo Paris Trial in Paris
Rudolf Schiller (?) SS-Unterscharführer, Gestapo Evreux Trial in Paris

Re: French War Crimes Proceedings
No idea whether Krämer tried with others; the Ludwigsburg list was by name.
