Naval Simple Post Office was a naval post office in an occupied territory.
3rd Naval Simple Post Office was located in Qingdao.
Unfortunately I couldn’t identify イ参七部隊 I-37 Unit.
(There is no confirmation, but it may be Qingdao Area Special Base Unit.)
